* Working way :
- Grafjk gets the information and deal design fee directly with customer.
- At next step, agreement will be solved through email or phone.
- Grafjk will display items after totally agreement all the design method.

* Payment procedure :
- Customers transfer 30-50% package fee as soon as dealing fee and sign contract.
- The rest fee must be paid at one received the items and liquidated the contract.

* Payment method :
- Priority for bank transfer. (Vietcombank : 0061000223684)
- In cash.

* More :
- During the design processing if there is any rise problems, both sides will deal together.
- The package fee does not include image fee, printing fee, travelling (if customer are not in HCMC).
- Grafjk commits to be on time and finish all the items in the quotation, email, and contract as well.
